She may be Drunk In Love but Beyonce is reportedly putting her own career ahead of her husband Jay Z. The couple were said to be working on a joint album together but a source now claims the Flawless singer has chosen to focus on her solo LP instead.
Reports claimed that Beyonce, 33, and Jay Z, 45, were planning on releasing their first collaborative record exclusively on the hip hop mogul's music streaming service Tidal, but that plan has allegedly been put on hold. In reference to queen Bey's solo material, the insider told The Sun: "She worked on it [her new record] with the likes of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. Plans for an album with Jay Z are now on the back burner."
The 7/11 songstress released her fifth self-titled studio album in December 2013 in the midst of her Mrs Carter World Tour. Despite releasing the record as a complete surprise without any promotion, it proved to be a huge success, topping the charts worldwide and spawning several hit singles.
