If you happen to visit Mansfield, Ohio’s Bible-themed wax museum, BibleWalk, you’re going to bear witness to a few familiar faces. Not just Mary, Joseph and Jesus, but also John Travolta, Ringo Starr and a certain once (and future?) Top Gun. The British newspaper The Telegraphis reporting that BibleWalk is incorporating discarded wax figures of celebrities and even British royalty to appear as part of their panoramas. For example, Prince Charles can be seen standing in as Abel in a Cain and Abel scene, while his father, Prince Philip, wears the robes of an angel in another display.
