Coronation Street's Colson Smith gets his first screen kiss.

Coronation Street’s Colson Smith had to film his first on-screen kiss six times – thanks to mischievous co-star Paddy McGuinness.

The 16-year-old, who plays Craig Tinker, meets a girl while on a family camping trip. He shares a heart-to-heart with the girl, Caitlin (Eve Gordon), and is delighted when she kisses him.

“He just gets distracted for the whole trip because he meets this girl,” Colson revealed. “I think for once, Craig’s personality has come across really well to this girl, and she’s fallen for him, and he’s fallen for her.”
