Forget Rita and Nick! It was Man and Woman who got Twitter excited on The X Factor opening night.

The opening show of The X Factor had some notable changes, namely familiar faces Louis Walsh and Mel B being replaced by Radio DJ Nick Grimshaw and the former The Voice judge Rita Ora.

But celebs aside, there was a certain man and a certain woman who graced the stage with a Michael Jackson rendition. And they called themselves Man and Woman (what else??).

So when a bemused Simon Cowell questioned the duo about the origins of their bizarre name, Man couldn’t help but say: “Isn’t it obvious?”
