Kim Kardashian is many things: a mogul, a mom, a selfie pioneer. One thing she is not, anymore at least, is on the Food and Drug Administration’s s–t list.
Sunday night, while her husband, Kanye West, was announcing his candidacy for president in 2020, Kardashian re-posted the above Diclegis ad to her Instagram, this time with a warning about usage, after the FDA called the first post “false or misleading in that it presents efficacy claims for Diclegis, but fails to communicate any risk information associated with its use and it omits material facts.”
In the new post, Kim writes: “The FDA has told Duchesnay, Inc., that my last post about Diclegis (doxylamine succinate and pyridoxine HCl) was incomplete because it did not include any risk information or important limitations of use for Diclegis. A link to this information accompanied the post, but this didn’t meet FDA requirements. So, I’m re-posting and sharing this important information about Diclegis.”
