MTV knew what it was signing up for when the powers that be booked self-declared bad girl Miley Cyrus to host the 2015 Video Music Awards. They were signing up for lots of skin, lots of glitter, and lots and lots of jokes about weed. And, because Miley Cyrus is, if nothing else, consistent, that’s exactly what they got.
