The Apprentice 2015: Third person fired by Lord Sugar blames project manager and sub-team leader for task failure.

Lord Sugar showed a ruthless streak and fired three contestants from The Apprentice this week.

The candidates were tasked with setting up and running a handyman business. They had to generate as much cash as possible over two days.

The business mogul appointed 21-year-old Elle Stevenson, a construction operations executive, as project manager of Team Versatile. She selected Mergim Butaja as sub-team leader, but spent too much time brainstorming and missed the deadline for printing flyers. They were both fired.
