Rapper Emtee has dismissed reports that he stole his latest single from an upcoming artist, saying that he understands that "status" in the industry makes him a target for "chancers".

Emtee said that he is not fazed by the 'song theft accusation' reports that he stole his latest single Ghetto Hero from an upcoming artist.

"It's becoming a habit for people to try their luck and take chances. I mean, where were they when I was working hard to become who I am? How can I steal what is mine?" he told TshisaLIVE.
