Nick Clegg infuriated by Piers during intense GMB clash.

The Liberal Democrats' Nick Clegg was infuriated by Piers Morgan and scolded him as an "extraordinary man" and "pompous" in a fractious interview on Good Morning Britain.

The encounter left the former Deputy Prime Minister very rattled, but more importantly, it made for hilarious viewing.

Neither Nick Clegg nor Piers Morgan is particularly popular, since the politician backtracked on lowering students' tuition fees and Piers' habit of clashing with, well, just about anyone that pops themselves onto the sofa, so they both receive a heavy amount of criticism.
