Gemma Collins 'offers to drop legal action plans against BBC for Strictly role'

She recently vowed to seek legal action against the BBC after taking a tumble down a trap door at the Radio 1 Teen Awards.

But now Gemma Collins is reportedly willing to drop her threat to sue the corporation if she is given a place on next year’s Strictly Come Dancing.

Following her fall at the SSE Arena, the TOWIE star admitted she was lucky to be alive and insisted she could’ve been left “legless” by the incident.

But it is being reported she “will not pursue legal action” in exchange for a place on the popular ballroom and Latin show, which she is said to be a huge fan of.
