Jess Glynne 'overwhelmed' to land number one album.

Singer Jess Glynne has revealed landing her first number one album is like “an insane dream”.

The 25-year-old’s debut full-length record, I Cry When I Laugh, went straight into the top spot in the UK albums chart in its week of release, according to the Official Charts Company.

Jess, who underwent surgery for her vocal cords in June, said: “I can’t believe it. It’s just… wow!
